Provide first-line and second-line support for the EPM tool, resolving user-reported issues and technical problems.
Analyze system logs and identify root causes of problems.
Work with business users to understand their needs and configure the EPM tool to meet their requirements.
Develop and implement custom configurations and workflows within the EPM tool using scripting languages or APIs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of the EPM tool through vendor documentation and training.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Document technical solutions and procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, system administrators, and project managers. (1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (4.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
